As of today, the newly launched listing already has more than 300 reviews, with a total rating of 4.6 stars.

By default, Amazon will send an email to your customers asking for a review after their purchase. You can send another one using Amazon’s “Request a Review” button. Timing is everything, though – make sure to send a request when the buyer is most likely to respond. Consider time zones, holidays, and other circumstances.
    2. Provide excellent customer service The better your customer service is, the more likely your customers are to leave positive feedback. How you interact with a customer can make the difference between a one-time purchaser and a repeat buyer. Anticipate customer needs. Ask how you can help get them started. Be prompt in your replies. Remain courteous even if they end up returning your product, as they can still review their overall experience with your brand.
    3. Add a product insert asking for reviews You may choose to include an eye-catching insert asking for people to leave reviews. You can also provide simple instructions on how to leave a review on Amazon. However, do not ask for a five-star review – Amazon prohibits inserts that specifically request positive reviews.
    4. Join the Amazon Early Reviewer Program This program is available to products with fewer than 5 reviews. While you won’t have control over who reviews your product or whether they’ll leave a favorable review, it can very well be worth it for new products needing exposure.
